Responsibilities:

• Attracting new customers on operational lease services and action plans initiating to achieve this;
• Full documents package preparation for the transaction ;
• Participation in the company sales strategy development in order to achieve the sales and profit objectives;
• Participation in the development and implementation of marketing plans in collaboration with the Company management;
• Creating and providing presentations, preparing commercial proposions and responses to customers’ requests ;
• Participation in tenders ;
• Ensuring the Operations Department with all necessary information and documentation for the contracts preparation and operational work with customers;
• Being in contact with clients for the assurance on complete Compay services satisfaction;
• Responsibility for achieving the goals;
• Sticking the policy, procedures and business ethics standards established by the Company.

Requirements:

• Education — Bachelor or Specialist degree;
• English — Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate;
• Experience in the operational leasing from 2 years, in sales — from 3 years.
• Microsoft office (advanced user), Fleet Web (desirable);
• A clear understanding of the cunsumer dynamics and market requirements;
• Willingness to work for the «work should be done»;
• Willingness to work «with the team»;
• Desire and ability to interact with all Company employees;
• Sociability, dedication, initiativity, active life position.
